Setting and times

Fiona works in a private setting in White Gum Valley, just east of Fremantle. Sessions are not booked back to back so individual clients receive a full hour’s session and couples and families one and a half hours. Available times are generally Monday to Friday business hours with the last appt 5.00pm or 5.30pm. 

The Medicare rebate does not currently apply to Psychotherapists or Counsellors. Limited Private Health Fund rebates are available.

Fees

Fees are $90.00 for an Individual Session (1 hour) and $130.00 for a Couples Session or Family Therapy (1.5 hours). Payment can be  made by cash, cheque or Netbank transfer.
Discounted fees may be negotiated when there is financial stress.

Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone. You are welcome to ask any questions you may have prior to deciding on the right counsellor and form of therapy for yourself.
Please give at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Confidentiality is an essential part of this work and professional standards and my personal commitment will rigorously protect your privacy. Confidentiality may only be breached if the therapist judges it necessary to protect the client or others from imminent serious harm. (E.g. a stated intention of suicide or intention to assault another.)

Your Rights

Clients are welcome at any time to review how the process is going for you and to ask any questions you may have. This is your time and I aim to work collaboratively to support you professionally in the way that feels most useful to you.

I am bound by a code of professional ethics administered through the Ethics Committee of PACAWA (Psychotherapists and Counsellors Association of Western Australia).
